Default suspension question

I was wondering what kind of springs and struts that you all recommend to lower my 2001 Type R? Thanks for your time!

Default Re: suspension question (TypeR917)

mmmmm... Mugen "lowdown" is quite popular, if not pricey. Lowering is not its purpose, it is a function of what it does, however... it's only 0.75" or so. If you looking for a more serious "drop", you'd be better served with an adjustable perch coil-over system, I reckon.

There is a wealth of information here on this very subject... a search would give you your best answers.
