im putting the dash back in in this 90 EF, its all stock and everything, but were trying to understand why the CH light only comes when the headlights are turned on, and why nothing BUT the CH light is working, the heat gas sEAT BELT LIGHT dosent even turn on, for some odd reason after 20 mins of screwing around we got the low battery light on.......!!!!! weve checked fuses, batterys good, we've checked everything and taken out and put back in but its just going KRY - Z help!

 

are u using the correct year cluster?

 

like I said, everythings stock, its the orig clus

 

you are missing a ground

 

well there was a ground, and we put it on the metal frame supporting the whole radio, it was just there, and it did nothing, idk

 

low battery light, child that is called the charging system light.

 

try to put that ground on the support that goes arround the stering column. and make sure all the plugs in the back of the cluster are pluged in good.

 

ill try the ground around the column
