Default Wiring Diagram needed for ECG Electronics O2 Sim

Ive got an old school O2 Sim that I had from an old turbo project. I somehow have lost the diagram and since then ECG has gone out of business. It has 5 wires (Black, Red, White, Yellowish/Wht, Blueish/white). Any help would be appreciated!!

I use to have one of those... you don't need it. It made my car run like crap... just cut the secondary o2 signal wire going to the ecu and then just wrap the o2 sensor in foil and zip tie it out of the way (this way the heater is still connected) and you wont get a CEL

it was installed as per the instructions but you're not getting the point.... you don't need to install an o2 sim to eliminate your secondary o2 sensor with out getting a CEL

Why not use spark plug non-foulers?

They're little bungs that are for spark plugs to move them further back from the cylinder to prevent them from fouling, but they fit in the O2 sensor hole as well. They move the sensor out of the exhaust stream, so they report back that everything is normal to the ECU. I used them to pass emissions here in Texas since they only check the OBD-II port for codes instead of doing the actual tailpipe test. No CEL's for months, and only cost like $5.
