it spins a little bit but not alot and after you let go of it it goes back to where it was.

I've had it so the metal bushing inside the shock mount is corroded to the bolt. Try the loosener prescribed by Red. Also try a pneumatic impact wrench if you haven't already.
yea i think thats what is going on beacause the bushing is moving when the bolt does too
thats what im using is impact rench and it barely moves it.

I eventually used a 1/2" drive socket with a 3 foot breaker bar to get mine loose. It took a lot of effort but it eventually came loose.

im prolly going to end up going to a shop to get it broke loose and the last shock on.
i spent 6 hours on friday and 6 on saturday
and i got
front struts with coil overs
1 rear coil over with camber kit
and a camber kit on the other stock shock..
lower tie bar.
the strut bar wont fit..
looks like im going to have to do some remodling with it

I had the same problem. I just put a jack under my ratchet and jacked up on the end of my ratchet. It will break that bolt or it will break your ratchet if you have a cheap one. My tool wasnt even good name brand. I used my sears ratchet with my matco impact socket and it took care of that problem. Let me know what happens.

Glad to hear the good news.
I put anti-seize compound on the bolt when I reinstalled mine. Hopefully that will prevent it from freezing together next time.

I sometimes use copper slip/copper grease (whatever you wanna call it) to stop things from seizing up in future. That also works well.
