I went out to Carlsbad raceway on sat to time my car just to see what I could do. And yeah my car is AT but I don't care, I'm getting it converted sooner or later. This is what I got

Fist Run against yellow Type R (unfair **** at that track)
Reaction----2.104 yeah I didn't see the damn light turn, first timer
60 ft--------3.680
1/4 ET-----16.950
1/4 MPH------81.42

Second Run against 99 black Si (not bad only lost by half a car )
Reaction----.694 saw that damn light this time
60 ft--------2.480 but got scared when I saw a piece of tire on the track
1/4 ET-----16.501
1/4 MPH-----83.50

This is on my 95 EX AT Coupe, first time out on the track, it was fun but I cant wait until my turbo is in and I do the conversion.

When u get ur conversion u'll get way better times. There is not much you can do with an AT, they suck. nice car..

I know the 60's are high, but the 1st time it was cuz i did'nt see the light, the second was becasue as we took off a piece of tire was chilling on the track rolling as the wind pushed along, so I slowed down a bit. And from what the other Civic's Tegs, CRX's were getting I didnt do so bad. That Si I ran got 15.9, a 99 Ek with b16 ran 16.2. My Friends N/A MR2 ran 17.1. And the track was bumpy and it was a crapy day with light rain every so often.

Well from what my friends said my reaction time had a lot to do with the time, I didn't notice the light because of the sun glare and it was my first time out on the track, I wasn't sure what I was doing. I didn't launch until I saw him go so I lost time there. My second run my reaction time was good but I slowed down because of that stupid tire piece on the track so I lost some time there. Yeah and Clasbad is a nasty *** track! I busted my front lip a few times becasue of the nasty road condtions, next time I run it will be at Palm Dale.

BTW, not a hybrid.......maybe I should go just to find out what kind of times a HX can put down.
