ecu and power potential question

Default ecu and power potential question

b16 head
skunk2 springs n retainers
skunk2 stage 2 cams
type r intake manifold
type r throttle body
jdm type r header
arp head studs
LS block
new water pump and oil pump
arp rod bolts
p30 b16 pistons

thinking of buying a motor with this build, i know i should get nit tuned but would a p28 with a skunk2 chip be ok till its tuned? what kinda power would this setup put down? thanks guys

175 Dynojet-get Hondata/Crome and tune it.

175 tuned or untuned .....debating between this or an itr with sk2 vt and sk2 stg 2 cams
