Default First runs on slicks, SOHC power

Finally got the little bastard to the track to run on slicks. MH 9.5x22x13 The track was pretty slipery, it was spinning through 3rd gear.

damn nice runs for the 60ft...exp SOHC!! u ran 3 times in 30 mins that crazy..here u can run once a hour lol. Well anyways congrats get that 60' down!!! also i would look into some MT slicks

Yea, that is kind of odd.

I do need some taller tires, dont know which ones yet though.

Here's a couple vids of the earlier slower runs. The first was launching on 12 psi, the second without building any boost. Need to find somewhere in between.

you are making ~ 400 whp right?

what does that beast weigh?

i think with some 24.5s you may get some better traction and better et's
by the looks of the trap speeds, its got alot more in it

Yea, I meant to ask you on the PM, but I forgot...

Why did you go with 22" slicks?? With 400+whp, I think 24.5" would be a good size to go with.

very true, I mean people on vitaras making 400+whp, the build with turbo puts them at mabby 7000bucks all togeter lol.

I did, then I tried it my way. Most of the rest of the stuff I put together is working pretty well. Surprised there weren't any more clinkers.

I have about $4500 in the whole car right now.

We've had alot better luck with MT over MH. my 60ft and 330ft dropped ALOT. I would say go MT
