I have a J1... bought it from another memeber on here and never got the chance to use it (decided to go with a gsr shell instead of crx, so ill be going hydro).... no slips no grinds.

I have a YS1 trans that i bought from a salvage yard with low miles that i never used. Let me know

 

PMed. I try to steer away from YS1's unless I physically see them getting pulled out of a 92-93 GSR.
Alot of people don't know that there were actually more LS trannies that were labeled YS1 than GSR trannies. The only way to tell is to pull them apart, or install it and verify the MPH in each gear.

 

i have a jdm s1 tranny. flawless, only put 5k miles on it since i got it from hmo. make an offer if your interested

 

same goes for the S1....alot of them are being sold as B16's when they are in fact LS trannies. I am just not willing to take the risk. J1 or Y1.
