Default Front/Rear sway bars questions for EG coupe

I'm able to get a good deal on some ITR front and GSR rear sways for my EJ2 ('93 Civic DX Coupe). I have already swapped over the front and rear trailing arms, control arms, disc brakes, etc. from a '95 Integra RS. The car is also riding on Neuspeed Sports and Koni Yellows. The reason I'm choosing the larger front diameter vs. smaller rear diameter is because where I'm from, and where I attend University, snow and ice are around for more than half a year; I don't want to encounter unexpected oversteer.

Now, my questions are, will I have to drill any extra (new) holes into my frame to bolt these two sway bars on? Will the components I have installed so far (suspension wise) have the mounts I need? Will I need any subframe reinforcements? As well, any opinions on my choice of sway bars? Lastly, I'm running a Mugen Twin Loop axle-back exhaust with custom 2.5" piping from cat back, will I have any interference issues with this? Thanks in advance!

just get integra front and rear lower control arms to bolt the stuff on. no additional drilling needed!

Yup, I have those already. Will I need new holes in my frame though?

Also, any opinions on this setup, balance wise? Any understeer/oversteer characteristics?

ITR Front sway bar is 24mm I believe, and the GSR Rear bar is 14mm... I would get a thicker rear bar.
