depending on the condition of your car as far as dents and rust and your location your looking at 3500-6000.

color choices will also impact price, such as a tri-stage color.

yeah i'm also a body man and painter at a collision shop.

it definatly comes in handy when you want to work on your own vehicles. i painted my 95 coupe lex1c6 for the cost of materials which was right around 600.

your best bet for getting it done cheaper is to get on a painters good side and have them do it as a side-job

Depending on the shop and how good they are they'll usually tell you straight up for a full paint job you're looking at 3000$ to start. Then the body work is added in and depending on color and if you want flake or anything it gets higher. Check out maaco though. My girlfriend had her monte carlo painted there when she got it and it wasn't a bad job. I also had a buddy get his 240 painted there and it didn't turn out to bad either. I mean it isn't show quality but if you just want your car to look decent and one color check them out.
