I was driving to school this morning when i noticed my speedometer start to jump around. then both my speedometer and rpms drop to zero, i tried to give the car gas but the car was dead. I pulled over and the car cranks over and seems like it going to start but it doesnt. its like its not getting fuel. so when i cranked the car over again i pumped the gas and it started. once i got to school and parked the car no longer wants to start. like i said it cranks over and kinda starts but it dies out after like a second. what could it be?

 

oh and i just put new gas this morning and used that STP fuel injector cleaner about 1-2 weeks ago. never had any problems like this before

It could be a number of things, when it doesn't start,
is it still getting spark?

 

what year prelude? could be main relay or ignition switch...

when my ignition switch went out I lost power to everything.. dash lights speedo and tach etc...

when my main relay went out I got power but it wouldn't prime the engine.
