Default 96 Accord Flywheel alignment?

I have a 96 Accord with a 4cyl NON V Tech, I changed out my clutch at which time I pulled the flywheel to have it checked, after reassembly the car ran and drove fine except for a vibration between 1K and 3K RPM this continued until it finally started tripping the crank sensor so I have pulled the transmission again, now I need to align the flywheel correctly since I did not mark it like I was supposed to the first time but am now clueless as to figure out the correct position. The flywheel has a single white dot at one point, then two white dots with a single pink dot in the center which are directly across the flywheel from the single dot, are these there for factory alignment? If so how do I use them? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you

i believe f-series motors' flywheels have a dowel pin with a hole in the crankshaft so it can only install one way..

Thank you Brian, you are correct. I pulled the flywheel and there was the dowel, I guess I will start a new topic to find my problem, I pulled the tranny for nothing .
Thank you for your help!
