about to get my car painted and im worried about the little **** i have to do and stuff to make sure it turns out to be a good process without anything getting damaged or stolen..

so my car is a 95 Integra RS JDM frontend Turbocharged.. wondering what should i do when i drop my car off to get it painted (only getting outside painted ).. im hearing things like:

-make bumper sag so that they can mask off the headlights so paint wont get on it
-remove door panels?
-remove tail lights?
-remove my advan rg I's and put it on doughnuts?
-raise height of my car
-remove all my lip kit? and tell them to paint seperately?
-tell them what parts to paint and what parts to paint black
-<ur opinions here>

im afraid of:

-theft or them not lockin my car
-them not knowing how to work my turbo timer and stuff or how they will drive my car
-overspray paint getting on my front mount intercooler
