I know someone that is selling a 1995 GSR for 3100$. The car has a REBUILT title and near 130K miles. It has the factory leathers and is in pretty good shape. I am curious as to if it is a good buy or not. I checked around and it seems like a decent deal to me, but I just wanted your OPINION as to what you would do in my situation.

carfax to see if it is salvaged. I suspect it is.

 

I also recommend doing a carfax report to find out its history...... But overall, by the sounds of it, it sounds like a good deal. Look for rust, see how it drives, see if the paint matches, look for frame damage/welding, etc.

 

The car has been in an accident. I'm guessing that it was pretty severe considering the driver got the car after the accident (5 years ago, meaning the value of the car was pretty high back then).
