My buddy is going to buy a ITR lip but when he read the shipping info he found out that: The Polyurthane lip is shipped bent in half! And is supposed to be unfolded and set in the sun to regain its original shape!? This sound wierd to me. Is this a normal thing or is the shipper whacked? Don't want a crease in the middle of the lip when he installs it.

yes dont worry about it. after you unpack it set it in the sun to remove the crease, or use a hairdryer if that doesnt work.
