FS: Parts galore from an EJ1 (92-95 Civic EX coupe)
Prefer to sell only in DFW - smaller parts I'll consider shipping, but I don't have PayPal.
2.25" Monza Pacesetter catback - very quiet, not much louder than stock. About 8 months old. Very good condition, tip could use some cleaning. Dallas/Ft Worth only - $80. MIGHT fit 96-00 Civic EX coupes, not sure. No dents in the exhaust (car was kept at stock ride height).
APC (gag I know) short ram intake, chrome. $10 w/filter (only used a couple of months).
A/C condensor - name a price. No leaks, but dirty. Also the fan and radiator fan. Keeping the radiator for now (I have to keep this thing driveable for now).
BRAND NEW OEM Honda a/c line - the high pressure rubber line going from the compressor to the condenser. For R-134A systems only. $35 (paid $50).
Low pressure hose from the compressor - no leaks, but it's from 1995. Again, R-134A only. $10.
Power steering pump - pulley is warped from the impact, but turns freely. I don't know if you can change the pulley or not - it's not noisy and works fine. $5.
Power steering tank - no leaks, but dirty. $5.
Both airbags - neither deployed, both in good cosmetic condition and the SRS light only comes on for a few seconds at startup, so the system should be functional. Please note the drivers side wheel (with cruise control) is in BAD shape, the rubber is peeling like mad. Good with a steering wheel cover. Name your price on any of these pieces (and tell me how to get the airbags out safely!). (bags didn't deploy because it was a side impact accident).
Plenty of interior pieces. Black interior. Carpet is in bad shape, don't even ask (not even OEM carpet). Cup holders are broken though, and the drivers side door panel is in bad shape (door caved in). Seats have minor cigarette burns.
Glass from both doors - both badly tinted (purple tint). Name your price. Drivers side window wasn't damaged in the wreck.
Power window motors and regulators - motors noisy but work fine, drivers side regulator less than 3 weeks old. Name your price.
Basically, name a price on most of the stuff and I'll seriously consider it. Once I have another shell to put my engine into I'll be selling the fender/trunk/right door/lights/etc.
I'm not on Honda-Tech often enough, so email me at lifeofbean (at) gmail.com
Right door panel, inside handle, and window switch sold today.
I MAY sell the driveline - D16Z6, 205k on odometer, runs excellent, no oil usage, new rear main seal, new valve cover gasket, new timing belt tensioner (belt/pump done @ 190k), P28 ECU, clutch has <10k, new slave cylinder on clutch. Tranny has an occasional grind going into 3rd or 4th - I run Synchromesh to keep it driveable, but the tranny does need to be rebuilt soon. Don't think it's the original engine, found junkyard pen on the block and the car already had a salvage title. I'll do a compression test tomorrow. IF I sell the engine, how much would be offered?
