I have a B16A in my 94 Civic. I just did a clutch and flywheel up grade. Now when I put it in reverse it shakes kinda hard and also when I take off in first it does it. If I hold the clutch down a little longer then its ok. What do you think this is. The motor mount look ok as far as I can see.

How old are your motor mounts?

 

It's an ACT with Fadanza flywheel, the mounts are maybe 2 yrs old.

What do you meat by chatter? and is this fixable?

 

You might have bent things a little if you let the trans mission hang on th clutch disc while doing the install

 

No I keep a jack under the tranny

was the fly wheel new or used that you installed. If it was used did you have it resurfaced?
