2 O2 sensors on my header ?'s

I bought a 88 civic w/B16 obd0. Their are two o2 sensors in the header. Does anyone have a clue why? I am putting the stock header on and can I just use one?

The OBD0 PR3 B16 Ecu Uses 2 O2 Sensors

Yes, you gotta wire them up if you wanna do it properly.
