how many hp?...and after tune?

how many hp?...and after tune?
so i have a 98 gsr obd2, so far these are my mods
block
pct pistons (standard)
2 oem headgaskets (couldnt take much more of the high compression)
compression at 11.9 i suppose?
head
blox IM
ecu
stock
stiff stuff
fuel pressure regulator 48psi
megan 4-1 header 2.5 collector
with test pipe
apex dunk 2.25 cat-back
es oval
F&S stage 2 6 puck dual springed
itr flywheel
ok so my question is, what hp am i going to expect? and after tuned?
have any of you been dissapointed with their dyno sheets?
is there something in my list i should change/replace with something that will give me better number?....
