I am wondering if there are any writeups out there for timing belt jobs. If not i am thinking of doing a writeup for a timing belt job since its essential that a timing belt is done in time and in the proper way. I have heard jobs ranging from about $700-$900 for a timing belt job. I did mine for $156, all 100% oem parts used.

Anyways, feedback would be helpful if there is any writeups on how to do a timing belt change. I dont think it would take me that long at all to do a writeup on how to do a timing belt iwht full pics of everything.

You could always do another one but JDMlyfestyle already did a very complete DIY

alright thanks, i was just wondering, i wasnt sure if there was one or not out there. since there is a compleye one out there, i guess i shouldnt do one. Maybe I will do a writeup on completly flushing out the cooling system.

lol well, i like making them since they save people money and teaches ppl how to do something. anythingi do on my car for now on will be a writeup i think...well except things like starting my car, i think those things are pretty obvious to most ppl on here

You would think so, but it's not the case. (there was an example of this today)

I think you should do a timing belt write-up in detail. That way their is no question about it. I would love to read it sir.

 

Hey rookie... how did you even FIND this 17 year old dead post in order to necro-bump it ??? The OP hasn't logged on to this site in over six years, so it is highly unlikely that they will do a timing belt write up for you. It never hurts to check a member's statistics to see how active they are before you ask them a question.
