distributor question...will std or si dizzy work in my 91 DX hatch?

Default distributor question...will std or si dizzy work in my 91 DX hatch?

like the topic says...will a civic std hatch dizzy or si dizzy work in my DX hatch? thanks!

no b/c the dizzy on the dx is a 5 wire and the Si one is a 6 wire. Can't remember what the 6th wire was for but I know they're different.

Use the std dizzy NOT si

i can vouch for that as well. the si distributor will not work. there are too many wires on the si. the std distributor will work just fine, however.

Si dizzy should have 2 extra wires for the crank as I remember from doing a dpfi to mpfi. So std>si or just dx=dx
