ever since I bought my 95 Accord, I've had problems with how the lights work / act. Here's what's happens ...

Key in OFF Position / No Key in Ignition:
- everything works fine
- the instrument cluster / dash lights light up when they are supposed to

Key in ON Position:
- instrument cluster / dash lights automatically light up, eventhough the lights are in the off position
- turn lights on and instrument cluster / dash lights shut off, but headlights turn on like they are supposed to

Please let me know what you think could be the problem ... TIA
