Default 5 Lug Essentials

I have a 1998 Civic DX and I want to know everything that I need to convert to 5 lug from an EK9. I hear its good to upgrade to steel brake lines and get a type R Brake Master Cylinder. But would the GSR do the same too? I just want to know everything I could get to get the conversion to its full potential. Thanks

98-01 Integra master cylinders are all the same. As a bonus, it bolts up to your stock booster with the lines in the right place.
