im sick of my brown steering wheel on my 97 4 door lx, it fully set in when i went to the honda dealership and wrapped my hands around a 06 si steering wheel. so what options do i have for steering wheels that wont effect me passing inspection/safety? i dont want any cheesey autozone wheel, i want something factory, just sleek n sexy. thanks in advance

Nope, all of these fit right on to your spindle. If you know how to change your steering wheel, then you'll have no problems at all.
