Default Accord Newb, transmission question.

I know this has been covered by every possible angle imaginable.
I just need to know which transmissions will interchange into a 1990 Accord LX with an EX engine. (Yes I know they are the same block.) I traded cheaply for a 2 door, and on the way home, the tranny went south. Didn't even get up to 55 yet. (Small towns.)

Will anyone please help?
I know you hate newbs. I am just an Accord Newie, that's all.

TIA,
IT

if it is an electronicly controlled unit, then any from 1990-1997 will fit and work just fine

if you know its been covered you know you can always use the search option. it will prevent you from getting flamed. but it will help if you get as much detail as possible. auto/manual. h and f series engines are all interchangable. now how they may different is install on auto/manual. only tranny you need to avoid is the h22's atts.

Yeah, My only problem is VERY LIMITED INTERNET USAGE.

My former employer (AN ISP) lets me use the internet when I come by, but I can never stay more than 5-10 minutes.

Thanks for the H and F series information. That was what I needed. I plan on making this Accord my D/D, but I don't want to drive a turd.
I am going to do the regular rice boy stuff, I/H/E with MSD, maybe a small shot for passing on the 35+ miles of haighway to work.

Mainly I wanna keep this car looking pretty stock. (maybe some rims and struts....)
Thanks for understanding that I don't have time to search in my limited 5-10 minutes. By the way, it is a manual...

Thanks again,
IT
