WTB: Cheap wheels with decent tires (Connecticut)

Post them up. Doesn't matter if they're 13" or bigger, as long as they have decent tires. I need some cheap wheels for the winter.

ive got a set of 13" steelies with good tires on them, id say 75% on 2, and 90% on the others. pm an offer, im also in ct.
