Default Sold my Type-R

Hey everyone,

I sold my ITR and got a new truck: 2006 Ram 4x4 CTD. I did remove all of the turbo stuff before I traded it to the dealer.

Thanks for all of the help you all have been since I joined this site.

What do you think I can get for my Acura shop manuals? I am going to sell them as I do not need them any longer. Should I sell them on e-bay? Should I sell the turbo stuff on e-bay?

Thanks for the help.

He traded an import on a domestic... typically you will do quite well.

Lots of times you will get nearly full retail for an import trade in and still get a near invoice price on the domestic.

you said that very well....

and I did not have to deal with all of the kids wanting a joy ride in my ITR. Going to the dealer was best for me as this car had been turbo charged and had been molested pretty good. Don't get me wrong it will make someone a great car but was far from pristine.......

So you got your monies worth

You'll be back. That 4x4 won't handle quite as well and you'll be sad.

I'll just run over it if I can't steer around it!

Seriously, I needed a vehicle to replace the ITR and the 4x4 in my sig. One that I could pull my boat with and still get decent mileage as a daily driver and still take the kids to ballet and soccer practice (what can I say, I have three kids).

The diesel was getting 23 mpg yesterday coming to work and thats with 610 foot pounds of torque stock in a 7000 pound truck. Besides, I still have my motor cycle for fun driving.....
