Default y7 ?

i want to keep my y7 and i want to know can i turbo this thing or do i need to a mini me swap with a z6 head to do turbo

You can turbo it.

Check out D-Series.org.

I plan to do the same in the near future.

definetly can.. Good setup. And pretty cheap. Get a y8 intake manifold and either a greddy kit, (pretty cheap and definetly daily driver). or make your own kit. The y8 manifold is alot better. kinda like a type-r intake manifold for single cams.

Check out my Y7 boosted setup...see sig...

Stock Y7 head 266whp and 240lbs ft

12.4 sec in the 1/4 mile on Pump gas and daily driven

Non vtec power.

There was a guy at my local track with a boosted y7 last saturday, I'd tell you his times but the track was in poopy condition so its really not anything to judge by and I dont remember what exactly he was running :D
