does the Ingals front camber kit for the 4th gen's replace the uppercontrol arms like some kits do?

..dont get the chassis tech kit from ricky ricer or whatever...dont ask me why, but I thought I'd try it...the arm did not fit in the wheel well at all...it bolted up and after alot of dremeling, it still would not clear... oh well. the only problem I have w/ camber kits is that if you're car is really lowered, they'll cause the arm to hit the top of the wheel well, so be careful
