you need to replace the rack end bushing in your steering rack. i promise you. its a $10 peice of plastic that is worn out, and is most likely the source of your vibration. here you go https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1387079

you may also just make sure the slider bolts on your calipers are well greased. that can also cause your brakes to be grabby, but deffinetly the rack end bushing before you go any further.
