how much extra $$ does paint job cost for shaving / filling up trunk wing holes
how much extra $$ does paint job cost for shaving / filling up the trunk holes that the oem wing would go.. im curious on how much extra they will charge... for a decent job.
the cheapest and best way I think is to go get a ITR hatch, and ITR doors, they are cheaper than have them shave professionally welds, however, if you want to go the bondo way, it might be cheaper but who knows the quality

na its cause im trading away my CF hatch for extra money for a hatch /w wing holes . plannin on gettin whole car repainted and wondering how much it cost for wing holes job..

to do it right......u gotta weld em shut with sheet metal and body filler to make it smooth. at my shop...around 100-150$

ic what if one was low on cash and wanted it done the other cheaper way atpaint sohps

If it will cost 100 -150 to weld them properly, why don't you get another hatch, its only 100 bucks for a Type R CW hatch, and have it repaint, I understand that you will feel its a waist of a perfect hatch, but you can always sell that one

it all depends on where you go, all places are different, all i can say is look for smaller bodyshops, they will usually do as good of work and will charge less
