Default buying a b16 to go all motor


so i might pick up a b16 from a 00 si and i want to go all motor on the bastard.

looking for around 200whp.

what are the best pistons? ctr? ctr cams? i dont wanna buy a ctr motor cause i can get the b16 motor with tranny for like 1k, no, its not stolen but the guy doesnt know how many miles are on it. i do have the vin though. can i some how get the mileage from the vin? if anyone can help, here it is : 1HG EM1156YL100416
