Default 5 Ziigen FN01R-C's... finish starting to show their age... ANY TIPS?

So I've had my 15" FN01R-C's on my daily driver(s) for the past 2 1/2 years.

The wheels are matte black and the finish is starting to deteriorate. When I was washing my Integ the other day I noticed a tiny bit of rust forming around the inner rim. I love these wheels and I used to wax them, yes, wax them when I would wax my car... Though that got old real fast... lol. But whenever I wash my car I use a wheel detergent (SUPER CLEAN) spray on them, and agitate the wheels with a soft bristle brush. I know that the detergents are strong and so I never let them soak for more than a minute or so... I love the look of flat black but my wheels are lately looking especially dull, almost dark gray.

So my question is: How do I (if possible) restore the finish?

Does anyone know of some miracle product that might work for me? Or should I just sand them down and get them powder-coated black.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

firstmistake was to use a detergent on the wheels....big no no!!! not good for the finish on the wheels.......the only way that i know is to have them re-powder coated
or to use a flat blk spray paint!!!!!!!!! or you could try that blk wax for scratches might bring it back
