You should be making more than 161whp with a better header/exhaust system and tune

the header is fine... just needs a 2.5 inch collector. The afc is the culprit for the numbers since it screws up the timimg a lil bit. PirateMcFred is pushing out 200whp on a dc header. I have a spare block and head. Going to port match the head. USDM h22a1 pistons are going in. I also have a fidanza flywheel, plx m-300 wideband, and im waiting on my romulator and chip burner. Finally i can get rid of the crappy afc!

awesome power guys! I want to see someone build a 2.1 nonvtec. but I guess when you go that far you go with a better head like the b16. I would love to see 200wp nonvtec.
yeah i wanted to do a ls/vtec but ended up the dome on the pistons will be hitting the valves when vtec engages
so yeah im doing a non-vtec for now...maybe in a year or so im going to do a ls/vtec turbo
