It is not a special edition. There were zero produced. '92-95 Civics were never equipped with leather seating from the factory, and leather seat covers were never offered as a genuine Honda dealer-installed accessory.
If your Civic has leather seating, then one of these two scenarios occurred:
- it has had an aftermarket leather kit installed by either a dealership or a previous owner
- it has had leather-upholstered seats from another vehicle, such as a '94-01 Acura Integra, installed in place of the original Civic seats
As a side note: In 1992, CX trim hatchbacks were equipped with vinyl seats (black or blue depending on exterior color), but is pretty obviously vinyl and wouldn't be mistaken for leather - not to mention the rear seat backrests won't work in a coupe.
