Default AAAGGGGHHHH!! Wont Start!!

if you are knowledgeable in 97-01 preludes please help!! i have a 00 lude that i bought from an insurance company. it was a theft recovery vehicle. i purchased an ecu, ignition, key, and little black box from a reputable used parts company in houston. im trying to make the motor turn over but i cant seem to make it happen. i put a new battery and checked ALL of my ground and power connections along with ALL of the fuses(not the relays yet..). i get power to the dash, but nothing else. i turn the key and nothing... not a single click at the starter! the ac fan wont turn on, the fuel pump doesnt pressure up.

could it be a screw up on the parts companies side? is there a way to bypass all the anti-theft crap so i can get the motor to spin?
ive dumped a ton of money into this car and im ready to drive the damn thing HELP!!

you gotta make sure the immobilizer **** is straight, search around a bit about fixing that all up

if that is fine it sounds like a bad main relay

You will need a stealership or a locksmith with the right gear. If there were a way to bypass the immobilizer it Preludes would be a top stolen car for sure.. no immobilizer no ignition.

bullshit buddy, Mikes European Auto in lafayette, LA did it to my last prelude before he had honda install a new ignition in it. Honda said that they wouldnt put the new ignition in unless we were sure that the car would run, so he jumped a wire from the computer to somewhere under the steering wheel and it started up with a computer and immobilizer that didnt match. ive since sold the car and i dont remember which wires he jumped. bump!
