Whats up guys

I need some help on finding this vacuum block or something like it
the part looks like this:

I believe that was custom made by someone.

what you can do is hide a regular GE vacuum manifold inside your wiper cowl. then put some fittings on the sheetmetal to pass through the cowl to the engine bay.

kinda like this...
