hey
recently since I got a new h23 installed I've been randomly having trouble starting my car. randomly, it wont start for like 5 minutes or so and when it does it sometimes goes up to 2K rpm and then dies down and stalls. and when it starts correctly, it idles at 1.5K rpm for maybe 5 minutes or so and then to normal idle, whats wrong? please help, I'm worried

 

fuel pump... injectors.... dizzy?

 

I dont know how to check any of those. should I run seafoam and see if that helps? and how do i check the dizzy and fuel pump to see if thats the problem?

 

Is it hot outside when it doesnt start could be the main relay. Thats whats messing up on my car. Its annoying and im to lazy to fix it.

 

yeah its usually hot out, when its been sitting in the middle of the parking lot at my school all day I come outside and it wont start right away. what is the main relay? I'm a noob sorry, oh yeah I think the car is considered "hot" when I go inside my car and can barely breath, haha

 

I had the same problem. Theres a write up somewhere up here or another forum. Ill see if i can find it and post. I resoldered my main relay in 5-10 mins, doesnt take long. Never had problem since.

 

I couldnt find the write up i used but this should help. Its in a location similar to the accord.
