Default How feasible is an EGR delete for 94 EX?

Two questions:

Is EGR needed to pass emissions test? (I do not live in California)

Any tutorials/words of wisdom on how to remove EGR system?

if you're that worried about it. put a blocking plate under the egr valve and keep it plugged in. that way you wont throw a trouble code or anything ... not sure if that will mess up your emissions though ...

The EGR system is designed to also help keep engine temps down. So, no, it would be a foolish idea.
