umm why throw a 1.8 ltre with less torqueand horsepower and make custom mounts to drop that in, thats so mu7ch out the way and if you were goin custom throw a k series, as for s2k a s2k is rwd and a lude is front, so theres more custom work, on top of mounts and **** anyways the h/f series are overlooked and can poull ghreatt numbers specially in hybrids,

if youre talking about a 3rd gen prelude then thats a fine idea, it requires a lot less custom work to put a newer b series into a 3g prelude, which comes with a b20 anyways

with enough time and money you can make a s2k motor go into a prelude, but youd be going from front to rear wheel drive. as far as the b series...as long as its a 3rd gen then go for it...id like to see it.

Hahahaha...I can tell you know a lot about the 3rd Gen. The B20 in the 3rd Gen is unlike any other B-series motor. People like to call it the "Bastard" of the B-series. You will have to go through more custom work than an H-series swap in a 3G to get a B16 or B18 in there. Oh yeah, also...the K-series won't fit unless there are insane modifications to the hood. There isn't enough ground clearance so the motor has to basically stick out the top of the hood.

I have pics of more than one 3G with a B18 in it btw.

I know that the b20 in the 3g lude is a lot different than the other b series motors, but you will not have to do a lot more custom stuff, the axles and trans and all should still work

not that i make a habit of intensely researching swaps into a car that i dont own, but ^^ that all makes good sense to me

Don't state something about a car you don't research then...you make an *** out of yourself :D We've all done it though...

only reason i would think of seeing a bseries in a prelude is if its an all out drag car where its easier to make power (800-900) out of a b series and just has the prelude as a shell
