Default switched rear control arms 88si -> 91dx (need help)

okay i got a 88 crx si and i bought a set of tokico illumina and intrax springs for $100 off of my bro's 91 dx hatch
the front shocks fit but the rear we had to switch control arms becuz i guess 91 rear shocks r a fork style.. after wrenching on them we made it fit but there isnt any holes to connect the rear swaybars there just hanging but i still drive around tho it just makes some noise but i dont know if its safe on highspeeds tho

so do i need 91 si rear control arms ?
