obd2 gsr dizzy cap question..
just picked up a new dizzy cap, rotor and gasket seal...
got home put in the rotor and the gasket seal. everything went along smoothly until i tried to put on the dizzy cap. it lines up with the holes for the screws but it doesn't flush down.. any idea why this might occur?
