Well ive been having a low idle probably around 500 rpms for the last year..... and when i go to put any electical components on (ie put windows up) the idle will drop alittle bit. It has never stalled out on me though. Car has new plugs,cap,rotor,wires,fuel filter. Throttle body and IM has been cleaned frequently. Air filter is only a few months old. IACV is clean and FITV was taken off and the plastic piece was screwed in. In the throttle cable there isnt any slack. Can someone throw out some ideas on what this could be ?

 

Did you adjust the idle screw on the TB? You could also test your alternator, try a different IACV, do a compression test and a valve adjustment. Just some ideas....
