2nd gear chirp= radio knockout ?

2nd gear chirp= radio knockout ?
hey guys whenever I shift hard to 2nd+ pop the clutch. Which makes a 2nd gear chirp. Is it normal for my radio to skip for 2 secs then come back on?

damn you guys crack me up
1. yes its cd player
2. its oem
3. dammit never thought id have problems with torque steer on a honda
4.bolo your my hero but no it dont enp up in my lap...i wish it did tho
5. funny story today im comming home from school taking this girl home and dumb f150 in fron of me driving 30 in a 45 so we make a turn i pop it in first at 20 go to pass him. get the 2nd get radion knockout..and shes like wtf
6. my gsr has been known to do it in 3rd also..if clutch is poped correctly

ahha what kind of question is this.
when you chrip your car pull so hard, so the deck skip 2 second, why dont stop chirping and tell us if the car keep skipping? maybe that a solution?

hahaha, when i read the title to this i was picturing the radio shooting out from the console. that happenes to me cause i dont have the screw in, hahaha. and before that the ash tray and lighter would shoot out, i took care of that problem by removing the damn thing, the ****** 5 dollar clips from the dealership never fit right, ripp off.............ok enough of this off topic banter

that happens to my car all the time. i had a cop radar once on my window and i shifted to 2nd gear and my radio skipped and i caught the radar at the sametime..i have a video its pretty funny although u cant see **** since its off a phone.

it happens cause the cd gets shocked... noticed like sony discmans and cd players back in the day had shock protection and what not? if you shook them they wouldnt skip... the oem stereo doesnt have that, so chirping 2nd and dumping that clutch causes a shock to cause the disc to skip... happened to me too, then i got an alpine deck and it rarely does it now

Its normal, but mine is aftermarket, when i chirp into 2nd my head unit falls out and hits my hands, so i got a twist tie and tied into the back. So now its fine . But it is annoying when it falls out
