Tire questions...........????
Just wanted to know will the 94 teg fit 195/60/15...........or 195/55/15....because lately my stock 14 everytime i go through the train cross it very bumpy....does putting the 15 inches tire well help solve the problem.......One more question Just curious about the product (i don't know how what it called) that say it help you get better gas milage (it is like a liquid bottle that you pour into the gas tank every 3k...to help clean your fuel injector system....) does those thing work.....just wondering never experience before

Bolo is correct. 195/55-15 or 205/50-15, either one will work on any Integra. Not 195/60, which is too larger in diameter.

No, it will make the problem worse. In general, the larger the wheels, the shorter the sidewall, and the firmer/harsher the ride.
It's possible you have any one of several suspension problems. Maybe your shocks are old and worn out. Or maybe you have aftermarket suspension products (springs, shocks, sway bars) that make your ride firmer/harsher.

They do NOT give better gas mileage.
