Default ABS Removal in 5th Gen

I found a write up on how to do this in a 4th gen using accord parts. How would you go about this in a 5th gen lude ? Do you have to get custom brake lines and master cylinder ? If anyone has done it or has any info on the subject let me know.

you can do it yourself, just buy aluminum hardlines or something, a flaring tool and fittings
