06 sucked so far.
Started off with an idea - 3/06-6/06 trouble shooting, buying parts, scratching my ***, the usual

Exedy aluminum flywheel with the aluminum flywheel spacer from QSD

7/5 had to take the motor back out so we decided to create a little more clearance

knock 3 times if you'r rod knock, twice on the pipes if you're bad main bearings........

Ze Oil is filled with GLITTER
New block came in FINAAALLLLLLLLLLLY
a little on the nasty side at first .........

all cleaned up and ready to go!!! I love brake parts cleaner-

my hood pop (IF I COULD I WOULD HAVE MY HOOD SITTING AS FLAT AS CAN BE BUT I CANT SO I DEAL WITH IT)

One day she will run I'm hoping for a few runs before winter.......... BUTTTTTTTTTT who knows?
oh and i'd like to thank my assistant for all his help

I'm just sad i can't drive it so i make up for it by posting one million pictures.

and do you know why you got rod knock? it's like that with most b-h tranny conversions because they don't position the H-series motor correctly. There's a reason why the H-series motor tilts back, because the oil sump is at a certain position. When you tilt it forward, it's easier to make the B-series tranny fit, but it's bad for oil pick up and you will eventually mess up the block. The only way to do it correctly, with the motor leaning back properly, and the B-series tranny lining up, you need to trim the back of the block in order to clear the midshaft. But most people who make the plates don't consider this and make the plate anyways incorrectly and that's why you hear of all of these problems
.
I'll take pics the next time I have my car on the lift showing how the back of my h22 block looks with my s80 itr tranny in my 93 civic. we did it correctly by trimming the back of the block so both the motor and trannys are angled correctly as if they would be in the car already.
