Default New Here, Could use some help

Hello everyone,
I have recently purchased a 1991 civic hatchback. 4spd. Its a great commutercar, but the previous owner had a non stock steering wheel which leaves black stains on my hand everytime i drive this car.
So, here is my problem. I went to the junkyard looking for a replacement, I took apart 3 different steering wheels because the back of the steering wheel looked nothing like mine. See my car has a Y metal piece where the previous steering wheel was mounted. In the middle of the Y is a treaded end and each corner has a predrilled hole.
The other civic did not have this, i took off the steering wheel and saw that it had a treaded part on the end and a gear indents after the tread part. Why does my car not look like this? Out of the 5 car i looked at one had the same setup but was missing the steering wheel. Which honda steering wheel will fit my car. By the way i have no power steering.

If he has an aftermarket wheel, he prolly used an aftermarket hub also.
