any race header with the exhaust you have will be extremely loud.
if you don't want that, then I would get a shorty header ALONG WITH a hi-flow cat

I have the comptech race header paired with a Fujitsubo PG exhaust and it's not obnoxiously loud at all.

I would definately stay away from the shorty headers, i ran the DC for a few months and noticed no difference at all.

you can get a ITR header and just swap out the sway bar and gain good power without a CEL. plus you are in socal so you don't want to be getting a ticket for something like that. I can get one if you are interested.
