Default Is my fuel system be good enough for 600+whp?

I am in the final stage of getting my car running, and I am having doubts about my fuel system, and I am not sure if it will be enough to handle the power I want, so I will list my setup and please post if you have input, thanks. BTW, I am looking to max out this turbo which should be in the mid to high 600's.

Fully Built 87mm H22
GT35R .68 T4
Top Mount
3" Open Dump
48mm Gate
Neptune
Eboost2
M&W Ign

Walbro 255HP
STR Fuel Rail
Aeromotive FPR
PTE 1000cc Injectors
Heavy gauge wiring and relay for the Walbro

the walbro won't get you there, probably will have the injectors maxed out as well.

Is there any way to do a pump such as the Aeromotive A1000 without doing a sump?

I thought I read somewhere that you could use I think it was a weldon pump without sumping the tank.

If you are not going to sump do not use the aeromotive A 1000 ( I had a lot of problems with that pump losing pressure)

Correct. It is a hit or miss alot of times really, some people max out their Walbro pumps and 1000cc injectors and some make phenomenol power. Make sure you get enough power to the pump and with 1000cc injectors you will have to run kinda high fuel pressures, start out base at 55-65psi ish

Good luck

the walbro probably wont do it. i have been told by many people, good reputable tuners included, that 600 is the high end. may do it, but wont last too long. you may get lucky though. probably will have to run a higher static pressure.

I didn't read the replies, but...

I'm making 630whp on stock fuel lines, stock FPR, and a Walbro 255lph HP pump.

Anything more and I'll go to dual Walbros which will eventually happen this winter.

I was speaking with Fred Ellis from Tempest Racing and they had a customer who had twin pumps on the car then one went bad and of course the guy got real lean. If you are going to go through the trouble of twin pumps then you might as well just do the Bosch pump or sump the tank and do an Aeromotive.

I made 616whp on stock lines and an AEM FPR with the Bosch 0422 pump ran that pump for a couple of years then it just decided to take a **** on me.

In our stock engine s2k we made 633 on walbro 255 (stock wiring) and rochester 1000cc injectors

Why do you need so much power? Why don't you just tune it for whatever your pump and injectors can handle?

Maxing 1000cc injectors? Seriously...

also the injectors are good for 700whp. as long as u have a good fuel pump. so i would upgrade the pump before the injectors.
